How can I place an Order?

There are a couple of different ways you can place an order through Burch Bottle:

What are your minimum order requirements?

We do not have a minimum order quantity. Feel free to order one case or one cap!

How do I find pricing?

Item pricing is found on each individual item’s description page. Please Note: Quantity discounts are available on larger, bulk orders.

Do i have to order a full case?

Our glass bottles and glass jars are shipped in case quantities only, (except where noted). However, metal and plastic containers, as well as closures can be ordered based on your quantity needs.

How can I order samples?

Please send us a note on our Contact Us page, or give us a call at (800) 903-2830 to speak with one of our knowledgeable packaging professionals. You may request up to five (5) free samples for testing purposes. Mix and match any product when requesting your samples!

How do I find a closure that fits my container?

The "Compatible Products" section at the bottom of each product page is a general guide showing closure options for each container. If you have additional questions or need assistance, please give us a call at (800) 903-2830 to speak with one of our packaging professionals. We are available during business hours Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM EST.

Where can I connect with other food producers and industry professionals?

The Associated New York State Food Processors (ANYSFP) is a highly regarded and established organization that supports food processors in NY State. They can assist with creating approved food processes and can be a valuable resource for you to learn and develop your food production systems. ANYSFP strives to lead the force in keeping NY State the innovator of the food processing industry. They are a great community to learn from other food processors. I want overnight shipping. When do I need to place my order by?

In order to receive next day delivery, please place your order by 12pm EST the day prior to delivery.

Do you allow customers to pick up orders at your location?

Absolutely! Please note, 24 hours notice is required for any pickup orders.

What Shipping Accessorials do I need for my order?

Liftgate 
Required for customers who do not have access to a forklift or loading dock. A liftgate allows the pallet to be safely lowered from the truck to ground level. 

Delivery Appointment 
The carrier’s dispatch will contact the customer to schedule a delivery time and date. Please note: appointments typically must be scheduled within the same week the call is made and cannot be set far in advance. 

Notify Prior 
The carrier’s driver will call the customer approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before delivery. 

Inside Delivery 
The carrier’s driver will assist in moving the pallet into the customer’s facility, garage, or storage area. This applies whenever the pallet must be moved beyond standard curbside delivery or basic ground-level unloading. 

Residential/Limited Access 
Refers to residential addresses and delivery locations that are more difficult for carriers to access. Examples of limited access locations include, but are not limited to: 
 
a. Commercial establishments not open to general public during normal business hours 
b. Construction Sites  
c. Fairs and Carnivals 
d. Military Bases/Installations 
e. Mine Sites  
f. Prisons

What are the minimum quantities for customized products?
  • Glass - minimums from 100,000 to 200,000 depending on size of the container (tooling costs are additional).
  • Extruded Plastic Items - minimums from 100,000 + (tooling costs are additional).
  • Injected Plastic Items - minimums from 500,000 + (tooling costs are additional).
  • Tins - minimums from 100,000 to 200,000 depending on size of the container (tooling costs are additional).

What is your return policy?

No item will be accepted for return without an authorization number (CO). To receive a (CO), please contact Customer Service (800) 903-2830 (Monday thru Friday 8AM - 5PM EST). Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Credit will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. ALL returns must be made within 30 days of receipt by customer and items must be in new condition for credit to be issued.
